• Energy Transfer

  I discovered this aptitude in myself when I was 20 and received subsequent training from Herbert Hoffmann (Germany), Swami Kaleshwar (India) and the Peruvian shaman Don Viejo.

• Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

  I have been applying this process-oriented therapy since 2005.

• Sheng Zhen Healing Massage

  The acupressure technique is part of my QiGong training. Advanced training in Ayurvedic Massage.

• QiGong

  Training in Static Qi Gong (Jing Gong) with grandmaster Zhi Chang Li and in Qi Gong teachers´ training with grandmaster Chen Zhi (Wu Ji Gong) from Taiwan. I have been teaching QiGong since 2013.

With the exception of my formal training as accredited physiotherapist I do not have a professional medical qualification in any of the above. The methods and techniques applied do not substitute for consulting a medical doctor or alternative practitioner. They serve to promote your wellbeing and relaxation – and as such can work wonders!
